It’s that time of year again: Bordeaux Primeurs 2017

Once again, Bordeaux will be opening their cellar doors for a taste of what’s to come. It’s a time to sample and put your senses to work in order to determine the year’s best wines.

Beginning on Monday, April 9, I will begin a week of tasting more than 300 wines. Though it sounds like a wine lover’s dream (and it kind of is…), it’s also hectic and requires planning ahead.
